We collect what we need to take payment, ship your order, and answer your questions: name, email, shipping address, and payment details processed by Stripe. We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Card data is handled by Stripe. It never touches Arkive servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they process payments.

Orders and design files

Custom design parameters and cut files are stored with your order so we can manufacture the piece. They are not shared publicly.

Email

Transactional email (confirmations, shipping updates) comes from hello@arkiveshop.com. We do not run a marketing list in v1.
