Custom pieces

Custom orders, both Atelier Finish and Blank, are made to order. They are final sale except for manufacturing defects. If a piece arrives damaged or cut incorrectly, email hello@arkiveshop.com with photos within seven days of delivery and we will make it right.

Catalog pieces

Unworn catalog pieces may be exchanged within thirty days of delivery for another in-stock piece of equal or greater value (pay the difference). Return shipping is on the customer unless the piece is defective.

Email hello@arkiveshop.com with your order number. Do not ship anything back until we confirm the return.
