By placing an order with Arkive you agree to these terms. Orders are contracts for the manufacture and/or sale of metal accessories as described at checkout.

Pricing and tax

Prices are in USD. Free shipping is included. Illinois sales tax is collected where required. Custom prices are computed at checkout and locked to the paid order. Later pricing changes do not rewrite a paid order.

Custom work

Custom designs are validated against manufacturability rules before payment. Blank tier pieces are raw or manufacturer-finished parts as described at checkout. Atelier Finish pieces are hand-finished. See returns for made-to-order final-sale terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
